Muse FX Reverb

Hey guys so when I got my new laptop and downloaded musescore and all the fx and sounds when I tried to use muse fx reverb to make my pieces sound like they are in a hall or auditorium and such it doesn't pop up anymore I deleted muse hub multiple times and I deleted all the sounds and redownloaded them again and it still won't work I need help to make my pieces sound more real
