Helper Status Not Running/Connected

I have this major problem with musescore on windows. Muse Hub Helper Status isn't running or connected and I don't have any musesounds anymore. I've tried the thing where you go into services and start Muse Hub there and it doesn't work for me. I cant select anything. What can I do?
