MuseScore 4 Crashing on Opening
Hi everyone. MuseScore used to work fine for me, but now it crashes every single time upon opening, no matter what I do. I'm using the latest version of MuseScore 4 Studio, and I'm on MacOS 14.5. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling etc., but to no avail. I really need to be able to get this fixed ASAP! Any help would be greatly appreciated.

We need you attach a score for checking what is happening.
An issue with the 4.3 involving the clefs (standard or TAB) when they are hidden via staff/part Properties can be an hypothesis.

It happens for any score I try to open, whether it's something I created in MuseScore 4, or if it's something from a previous version. It also happens when I try to open MuseScore files from others. I've attached a MuseScore file here of something quite recent, which crashes every single time.

Well, your score opens just fine here (Windows 10, version 4.3) - image below
Try: open MuseScore and in menu Help / Revert to Factory Settings (if you have, save Customized Palettes and Shortcuts before that)

The whole problem is that I CAN'T open MuseScore to make those changes, to revert to Factory Settings etc. As soon as I try to open MuseScore, with ANY file, it crashes, so I can't do anything with the settings.

I think he meant open MuseScore itself, without a score.

It crashes when I do that too. It crashes no matter how I open it.
