Playback tempo does not match

Hi
I have scores made with MuseScore 3.6.2 (MS3) and when I open them on MuseScore 4.3.0 (MS4) the playback tempo is wrong, the score sounds faster than the tempo asigned.

I checked tempo strech and it was set to 100% on both versions MS3, MS4.

I also have tried exporting it from MS3 as MIDI and MXL and on MS4 tempo playback is wrong.

How you must configure MS4 to playback at the right tempo from an imported file??

I forget to say that I made a new score on MS4 and compare tempo against an metronome (app on cellphone) and they do not match.
I think there is a issue with MS4.
