This issue is a stem off of this previous thread. Re-posted as new issue because of inactivity in original thread.
Text boxes in Styles> General> Header, Footer, and Numbers re-size when movement of the window occurs.
Attached below are reference pictures of the bug.

Thanks Myownmusician; the two screen shots together make the issue much easier to understand; in the original post, it was not evident were the bug was.

Yeah, sorry about that. I figured making a new thread would be better to start the issue up again because of all the confusion in the previous on.
Does have any input for this issue?
