Moving multiple chords to cross staff at once

1. Open attached score (produced in 1.3).
2. Click on the bar of the treble stave to select it.
3. Hold 'Shift' and 'Command' until after step 4.
4. 'Down'.

Desired result: All the notes are moved cross staff.
Actual result: The notes don't move.

Notes: Currently, you are only able to attain the desired result by clicking on one note of each chord and performing steps 3-4.
