Ottava segments longer than one measure don't playback correctly.

Steps to reproduce this bug:
1. Create new score
2. Add notes in the first two measures
3. Drag ottava segment to the first note (can be any ottava segment)
4. Double click ottava segment
5. Press SHIFT+Right Arrow until you reach the end of the second measure
6. Press the playback button

Expected behavior: MuseScore should playback the two measures with the ottava shift.

Actual behavior: MuseScore plays back only the first measure with the ottava shift, and the second one is played as if there was no ottava segment.

Note: it only happens if you extend the ottava forwards, if you extend it backwards (extending the start instead of the end) if works normally.
