Apply some spacing to continuous panel

The continuous panel looks like

It would be good to add some space between the elements.

  1. Or the style spacing, see Style -> general -> clef margin, key margin, timesig margin
  2. Or the style default spacing (so if the user changed it to unreasonable value, the panel still looks "good")
  3. Or some hardcoded value for the continuous panel.

I would go for 1. Any other opinion?
