mmrests do not display on tab staves
Ubuntu Studio 14.04, GIT commit: 9ff125f
1) new score for guitar (tab), 32 measures
2) enter some notes into measures 1 and 10 (or any two measures with a bunch of empty measures between them)
3) press "M" to toggle multimeasure rests
Result: the barlines for the empty measures disappear as if there mmrests were going to be displayed, but the mmrest itself does not display.
This also happens for guitar parts generated from a full score, where mmrests are enabled by default.

If the "show rests" flag in staff style is set then mm rests are shown.
I dont know whats expected here. Should mm rests always painted regardless of the "show rests" flag?
Not having experience with tab, I guess I cannot say for certain. But even if you aren't showing individual rests - which makes sense much of the time given you aren't necessarily showing the rhythm clearly in the first place, I would think you need to show mmrests. I guess there could be an additional flag to control this if some would prefer to not see the mmrests.
Could be useful to get input on forum or elsewhere on this.
Maybe its best to always show multi measure rests. If there is a special need to hide them they can be set invisible.
That seems sensible.
