Mid-measure clef change not exported correctly to parts

Ubuntu Studio 14.04, GIT commit: 4aab015

1) new score for flute, several measures
2) fill three measures or so with C's
3) generate parts
4) add a mi-measure clef change to alto clef (or whatever) somewhere within measure 2 (not at beginning of measure)
5) view part

Result: the clef appears, but notes are still rendered relative to original clef

Most other things seem to work regarding clefs and parts. They are linked whether added before or after generation of parts, and deleting a clef in a part has the correct effect on the score. So far, it's only adding a mid-measure clef that seems problematic with respect to parts.
