New Handbook in Catalan language

I post this message because i would add the Handbook translation of MuseScore for catalan language. In some post i read that the first thing to do is ask for a catalan language version of this site to start the translation. Is that correct? In this case, can someone add a catalan language version of this site and the correct privileges to start the translation?

I added the catalan language and you should be able to translate.
You could start to translate the catalan teaser for the frontpage.
Then, go to handbook pages -> translate tab-> add translation
Thanks i just started with your recomendations. Only one question. What about the pages titles and the website slogan? How can i translate this items?

Regarding the slogan, you need to give it to me in an answer as stated here
Let me know when you have mostly finished translating the handbook. I will then run the script that creates the PDF version of the handbook.

1) Website slogan:
English: "Free music composition & notation software"
Catalan: "Programari lliure de notació musical i composició"
2) Footer message:
English: "Licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 license, 2002-2008 Werner Schweer and others"
Catalan: "Llicenciat sota la llicència Creative Commons Attribution 3.0, 2002-2008 Werner Scheweer i d'altres"
3) Menu titles:
a) English: "Handbook"; Catalan: "Manual"
b) English: "Forums"; Catalan: "Fòrum"
