Transpose doesn't work correctly if score starts with mmRest

• Create a score for piano with a couple of flats. Add some notes at measure 5. Or open attached score
• Create mmRest (press M)
• Notes -> Transpose
• Make sure you transpose keys too
• Press OK

Actual result : Key signature doesn't change
Expected result: Key signature should be transposed.
