Description
In nightly r2624 (and r2631)
- Create a simple score in C major
- Ctrl + A
- Note -> Transpose
- Transpose by key -> Closest -> F Major
- OK
- -->Nothing happens

Transpose by interval works.
The options section needs to be reimplemented.
Looks like transpose by key is starting to have an effect. I created a new report for some of the issues: http://musescore.org/node/4252
