Description
Steps to reproduce bug
1. Open Concert pitch score.mscz
2. File > Parts...
3. Create part for Bb trumpet
Expected behavior: New trumpet part should always be in transposed pitch (never concert pitch)
Actual behavior: New trumpet part is in concert pitch because the full score was in concert pitch at the time the part was created
