runtime error?

Description
Two different dialog boxes here:
1st one says: "Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library
This application has requested Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
Please contact the application's support team for more information."
2nd: "mscore.exe has stopped working
A problem caused the program to stopworking correctly.
Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is availible."
This error has caused me to have to rewrite countless measures of scores, i have lost many good ideas to it. The error seems to occur when i am changing a natural to a sharp after i have already used a sharp of the same note in that meaure. Because of this error, i am now paranoid about saving. I perfer to write freely without any worries about saving( even though it is a good idea).
What version are you using? Operating system? Also step-by-step instructions for reproducing the crash would be helpful (and necessary) to fix the bug. See How to report bug or ask for support.
I am using version 0.9.5 on windows 7 home edition. I now feel like the boy who cried wolf, because i cannot seem to recreate it. I only know it occured when I deleted a natural that followed a sharp of the same note.
I close this issue. Please open a new one if you manage to have steps to reproduce it.
