Error compiling build 1543 in Linux

I just pulled the latest build source code (build 1543) and tried to compile in LInux. I got the following error:

make[3]: *** No rule to make target `/usr/local/mscore/mscore/mscore/scscore.h', needed by `mscore/moc_scscore.cxx'.

Anyone know the cause of this?

sorry, the missing file is new and i forgot to commit it to the svn repository.
