quand on crée un cadre vertical, il n'apparait pas activé par défaut

Sorry for the English, but the following steps work for me (r. 2722, Windows XP)
1. Click on an empty part of a measure
2. Create > Measures > Insert Horizontal Frame (Creer > Mesures > Inserter un cadre horizontal)
