Ability to have a left barline at beginning of system even if only one staff

Description
On the french forum an user requested the ability to have a barline at the beginning of a single staff. Just like we have for system.

I suggest a style settings, in the system section or in a new Barline section, similar to the Finale settings
Left Barline
Checkbox : Display on single staff
Checkbox: Display on multiple staves
I've not seen this in published scores. Any idea why people want this?
I requested one on the french forum. I didn't remember any sheet neither but I checked my collection. I have a couple of drums exercices books with this style. I have a also a celtic tunes book for recorder with this. (See attachment)
I checked Finale & Sibelius and they have this feature.
According the the french user Harmony & Encore too.
In Sibelius, the leadsheet template has a barline at the beginning of every staff by default.
I have an implementation ready to commit. Do you think it's not a good idea and the beginning of "featuritis"?
If there is a need for it go ahead and apply the patch. I was worried it was a request by someone that didn't know that the staff normally doesn't have a line on the left side. I guess I was the one that didn't know something :)
The default behavior does not change.
I added a Barlines section in the style dialog. I moved the repeat barlines "tips" in it;
And I added two new options
- Barline at start of single staff (by default false)
- Barline at start of multiple staves (by default true)

I downloaded MuseScore today and to my disappointment I cannot find the leftbar feature anywhere.
Just like the person who put the original French question I need it!
You'll have it in the next version or you can try a nightly after reading Comparison of stable, prerelease, and nightly builds
