System text not included in all extracted parts

Description
- Open bach-bc2 demo
- Add system text to the trumpet part
- File > Parts
- Create a part for flute
Expected behavior: The text added in step 2 above should appear at the equivalent location in the flute part (since the text is system text).
Actual behavior: The system text does not appear in the extracted part.
(Tested using r. 2443 nightly and 0.9.5 stable, Windows XP)
Discussion: I thought this worked at one point? Maybe I'm remembering wrong.
The system flag property was not set for system text style. The system flag property was also missing in the style editor.
Fixed in rev. 2668
