notehead position after adding a second below (0.9.6 regression)

using r2637

step:
1. add treble clef instrument
2. add quarter note (71)
3. add note (72) in same chord
stem down, note (72) should be at right, but at left, same to note (71)
If do 1, 3, 2, then is right.

Confirmed using r. 2642, Windows XP. Bug not present in 0.9.5 stable.

seems still exist in voice 2 and voice 4, key is Db (5 flats)

When voice 1 has notes, add to voice 2, still exist.
