Cannot download Muse Hub

I have been using Musescore 4 since its release, and I've been loving it. However, on my new laptop, with Windows 11 and 8gb of RAM, I have only been able to install Musescore 4 by itself, and I cannot get Muse Hub or any of the other programs, as when I try to install them, I run into the error attached. Can someone help with this? I'm able to run Muse Hub on my Windows 10 systems.

I'm having the same problem.
I downloaded and installed the version 4.1.1. without the hub, because the hub always crashed.

As I understand it, one of the things that can generate the error code in your screen shot, is downloading the HUB with 3rd party AV running.
