Having each topic start with the words, "How To" is redundant, and in the way.

Maybe but it's also easier to find by someone looking "how to do something" on google or in the internal search engine on musescore.org

Maybe some clever use of HTML / CSS so the "How to" prefix is there in the source and is readable by search engines, but doesn't display?

it might be added after the main information: "Delete notes - How to".
