Lost file recovey

Hey,
After connecting a speaker via minijack to my computer, the window in which I was working got shut down. I hadn't previously saved the file. Is there any way to recover it?

Hi,

If you didn't save the file from the beginning, it probably isn't possible to get it back. The only thing I can think of is running a file recovery software trying to find old versions of the temporary file "new_project.mscz" in the following folder:

C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\MuseScore\MuseScore4

After a file has been saved the first time, chances of recovering it after a crash are higher:
