Where are you saving to? Locally or to the cloud? If the latter, try the former.

Just from my computer, idk why the file is becoming musescore 3 file but I'm saving from the musescore 4 app

Did you understand this thread, specifically about file associations?

If your file, saved in MS4, has really become an MS3 file then please post the files here (before and after) and say what exact steps you took that caused it to happen.

If you save a score from Mu4, it is a Mu4 file and Mu3 won't be able to open it (excerpt for my 37. Evolution).
Whether in Explorer it shows with a Mu3 if Mu4 icon is completely irrelevant here, Explorer can only assign one icon to one extension (here mscz)

Where are you saving to?
Local computer or online to musescore.com?
Back in May:

you stated that: "The file was saved as a Musescore 3 File and... the file became a Musescore 4 file..."
Did you ever get that issue fixed?
Now, in November:

you write: "...the file is becoming musescore 3 file but I'm saving from the musescore 4 app..."
(Whaaat?... Seems like the opposite problem now.)
Also, the error message in your picture says that the Tank! file could not be saved -- so how do you know it actually becomes musescore 3?
Disregarding that Tank! file for the moment, were you ever able to successfully save any other score at all as musescore 4?
Finally, in that picture, it looks like you have created a part for Alto Saxophone although the displayed score itself shows only a single instrument (presumably the sax?). Close that Alto Saxophone part tab and then try to save the score. (Sometimes parts cause errors.)
