MusicXML import: sub-optimal handling of different duration measures
When a MusicXML file contains multiple parts and one or more measures have a different duration in several parts, many notes in the following measures are imported in wrong measures. Furthermore, many empty measures are created. This is handled a lot more gracefully in both Finale and in Sibelius.
This applies to all releases.

Note that the first measure contains 3/4 in staff 1, 4/4 in staff 2.
Incomplete fix implemented in the 0.9.6 branch in revision 4730. Import is OK, but on export some spurious backups and forwards are generated.
