Measures don't delete

I want to delete an extra measure I created at the end because it's empty. But it neither works by selecting and pressing del, nor by right-clicking it and clicking on delete. This is a big problem and I hope it will be fixed soon.

Right - Delere removes the contents of the measure; Ctrl+delete removes the measure itself.
