tempo

i was trying to make a remix of when johnny comes marching home
but i have problems with the tempo
all the instruments ( 5 trumpets, 5 trombones, 4 violins, a classical guitar ) except for the drums ( cymbal, 3 military drums, a drumset ) were played at a speed i wanted at tempo 110

while the drums were played at a speed i wanted at tempo 90
i don't know if its the instruments or the note lengths were the problem
