Some settings to check:
Format > Style... > Score > Enable indentation on first system - disable the checkbox
Format > Style... > Page> Last system fill threshold - reduce from the default 30%
Format > Page settings... > Odd page margins / Even page margins - make left and right margins the same
Long instrument name and Short instrument name will cause different indentation too.
