You cannot do this with MuseScore at all, at all. At this time, it's unlikely that you can do this accurately with any application. Converting a sound recording (e.g., .MP3) to notation is an extremely difficult technical task. There are a few applications that claim to do it, but according to all reports I've heard, none of them do it well.
The second half of the task is easy, though. Once you have converted the sound to notes (whether you found a program that does it for you or did it yourself by ear), MuseScore can File / Export as .PDF with no problem.

Listen very carefully to the mp3, work out what notes are being played, enter the notes into Musescore, export as a pdf.
