why is the gap between the g and the bb so big in the 2nd. voice in the 1st. measure in the 4th. staff, please? (measure 27)
And would there be a way to make it smaller, or is it for a reason?

It can get reduced, select that note and then in the Properties tab press Appearance and there reduce Leading space to some negative value
