all soundsfonts except musebasic got removed after crash
Hi so I was just working on a track, and after disconnecting my bluetooth headphones, musescore immediately crashed, and upon reopening i found it removed every single musesound I have (such as spitfire orchestra, berlin harps, antique keyboards, etc.) except for the crappy basic one, and it's trying to get me to buy all the sounds I have in my library again. What do I do because I am not spending 500 dollars getting every single sound I already purchased again.

And now the support thing is stubbornly saying I'm not authenticated and therefore it won't submit the report which is a damn lie because I've had it for 2 years

Are you saying you can't sign in to the HUB?

Not at all, I'm saying it removed all my non "MUSE" sounds that I've bought from the hub, like my spitfire, my cinesample, and my berlin sounds, and is trying to make me pay for them all again. It's nothing to do with a sign in issue

You said that you were getting an "authentication" error. That's a sign-in issue. Presumably, you must be authenticated (signed in) to the MuseHub site in order to communicate with them about this problem.

No no I was getting that when I tried reporting the error in muse hub itself, which is still incorrect because I was still logged in and my account connected, I checked. Yup I emailed the support team already.
