Yes. Merge S and A as well as T and B (using Tool > Implode) Change the instrumests from Soprano to Women, from Tenor to Men, delete Alto and Bass

Personally, I would make the Women and Men be additional staves, and hide the separate Soprano, Alto, Tenor, and Bass staves ... in case I wanted to go back to the open score. If you do this and make any changes, you'll need to make them explicitly on both sets of staves; they will not be linked.
