Playback audio

Hey!! So when I try to upload a score or change the sound with the musesounds strings, all I get are the notes in pizz. When I try to change the playback to arco it doesn’t do anything. The MuseScore og sounds work fine, but the Musesound pack doesn’t. It’s only the strings that have this issue. Would anyone know how to get normal playback?
