Sixth note of what?
Since I don't know what you're talking about, this may not help at all, at all, but it's worth a try. Select the E and press the Down arrow twice. The Up and Down arrows move notes chromatically in that direction. When you go Up the notes gets sharped; when you go Down, flatted.

I bet the OP really means 6th string in a guitar tablature.

I had assumed they were talking about some tuning other than A=440. That it might be guitar tuning never even occurred to me.
