Deleting Parts
Why is there no way to remove/delete parts within a score? Only New Parts? originally designed for piano and voices, but want to delete voices.

Of course there is, in the layout tab (sine 4.t, before instruments tab) you can add and delete parts to your heart's content, same in the instruments dialog (press i)

I have Studio 4.x and find no such option. Layout tab has options of: Instrument ordering, Collapse all instruments, Expand all instruments and Close. No delete option available. No "Instruments dialog" found under layout tab either. In the "Parts" tab in top banner, it expressly states that current instruments cannot be deleted, only "new parts".
I did solve it by exporting the piano score only and opening a new score for it. But one should have the option within the Parts tab to delete any part desired, not just New Parts. That way if one wanted to remove a line for an instrument not written for, it would be possible.

Select an instrument. Click the trash can icon (yellow highlight)

There is currently a request to allow this: https://github.com/musescore/MuseScore/issues/26877

As you can see, neither when Layout is pressed or when it's 3-dot is pressed is there a trashcan available. My version is Studio 4.5.2.251141402. Perhaps yours is a different version?

Please actually look at my screenshot and read the text.
Select an instrument and the trashcan icon appears (just like the up and down arrow buttons it is next to).
