Real sounds that inspired MS Basic SoundFonts?

Hello,
Do you know if it's possible to find out the list of real instruments that inspired the sounds in SoundFound MS Basic? I'm particularly looking for the origin of the "Piano > Electric Grand" sound and perhaps also the "Synth > Lead > Sine Wave" sound.
