Move bass clef note into treble clef (SOLVED)
Is there a way to move a bass clef note into treble clef? What I mean by that is can I change a note from showing in bass clef to show in treble clef? I am doing a part for trumpet using a musicxml file, and the notes were automatically in bass clef, and trumpet uses treble clef, so I was wondering if there's a way as I looked it up already and only found shifting it up to treble clef, but way to high.
Answer: The CORRECT way to do it is the following:
1. Implode bass clef and treble clef
2. Remove bass clef notes
This is what I wanted. (this makes it so that if you remove the bass clef, the notes on the treble clef stay.)

Check the handbook for 'Cross-staff notation'
However: that is not for trumpets, but for instruments like Piano or Organ, instruments that get notated on 2 staves

Weirdly, I tried it again and it worked. Before it was appearing as it did on Bass Clef, just now Treble. Thanks for the help anyhow. (WRONG ANSWER, MY SELF-REPLY)

Starting with notes in a bass clef, ...

and then changed the bass clef to a treble clef from the Clefs palette.

Interesting, my way is easier for me as I am adding many parts to my score (individual musicxml files) and I need something that can be done relatively quick and be finished on one clef, your way I'd have to copy those notes onto the treble clef

Did you actually read my post? Obviously not. You do not copy/paste ANYTHING. You literally make exactly three changes (or four if the notes need to come up by two octaves).
Come to think of it, even doing a copy/paste would be faster than your weird implode sequence. But this is MUCH faster than that.
