MuseScore 4 'D.S. al Coda' Bug Report
In MuseScore Studio 4.5.1 on Windows 11 when I create a score with Choral SATB + Piano and enter a D.S. al Coda and Segno and place a To Coda after the Segno and them place a Coda between the To Coda and D.S. al Coda the D.S. al Coda is executed twice before going on with the piece. In MuseScore 3 the D.S. al Coda is executed only once. In MuseScore 3 and 4 using a single staff the D.S. al Coda is executed once. Importing the Musescore 3 file (SATB + Piano) will also only execute the D.S. al Coda only once. Something in the SATB+ Piano template is causing this problem. Also, if the Coda is placed after the D.S. al Coda it works alright.

Possibly unrelated, but update to 4.5.2 first
But it sounds rather like a bug from Mu3 fixed in Mu4, a coda should be after the D.* al Coda

It may be that a coda should be after D.*al coda, but that only happens with the template chorale + piano, but not with a different instrumental combination and it does not happen with the same template in Musescore 3.
It looks very much like the old problem that the D.* al coda and the To coda and the coda sign appear twice in the score. The second time at the piano, that didn't exist in Musescore 3.
