Score recovery
I was working on my score and I had been working on it for a little while ( a few hours) and I never had saved and then it just disappeared.

If you went "a few hours" and "never had saved", that is 100% on you. There is some chance that you can find backup copies of your work in the folders described here:
How to recover a backup copy of a score
How to recover a backup copy of a score (1.x)
Remember: Save early!!! Save often!!! And good luck!!!
Going forward, this thread post (https://musescore.org/en/node/371355#comment-1266913) describes @yonah_ag's folder structure (and now, mine, too) for file versioning. This might help if the problem arises in the future. (Sadly, if you're not already doing it, it cannot help NOW.)
If you have never saved the file, the file exists as new_project.mscz in the 'session' directory:
Windows: %LOCALAPPDATA%\MuseScore\MuseScore4\
macOS: ~/Library/Application Support/MuseScore/MuseScore4/
Linux: ~/.local/share/MuseScore/MuseScore4/
unless you already started a new project, in which case it is overwritten.
