Score not synchronised after double barline
After every double barline, the first note on the first voice is not synchronised between the main score and the parts.
Please see the notes marked in red on the main score attached.
Neither the colour nor the height is synchronised with the parts.

Personally, I doubt that the presence of a double barline has any effect on the pitch of a note in voice1 in main score vs. parts Firstly, because I can't reproduce from scratch. More probably the result of a combination of circumstances (we're dealing with transposing instruments, perhaps something along those lines?) Could you please attach the original score, the one you downloaded from musescore.com, as I understand it ?
In the meantime, you can fix the problem by resetting the parts (Parts, in the toolbar, then click on the three dots “...”, and Reset).
