No Resource Manager - MuseScore 4.5.xx

Hello,

I am trying to install Muse Drumline but I can't figure out how to get it to work in my MuseScore..

I can't see a Resource Manager in my Help tab, and I don't see any of the sounds in the instruments when I go to add them in the score
