New input mode - pianoroll meets notation

Hi, I just want to bring your attention to the style of inputing notes that is implemented in the Reaper DAW. It is basically a cross between the piano roll and notation. For me it is superintuitive and much closer to how the notes are witten down by hand. It uses grid, you can place the note anywhere in the bar and the rests are calculated automatically.

The red cursor serves as an input point when the notes are inputed by a keyboard.
