First page of the big band score is garbled
Hi there, can you help me sort out the first page of this score? For some reason it is jumbled up (see pic).

That's how it looks normally, but when I go to Publish it goes wrong.

Thanks for the help. I did Format > Bars per System and removed the current system lock to do the same thing I guess.
