I downloaded Muse Sounds, now how do I select instruments from it?
i'm writing a part for electric guitar and the default soundfont sounds not that great, so I downloaded Muse Sounds Manager and installed the guitars pack. In the description it says that it has multiple guitars and tones to chose from, but I don't see anywhere to do that in Musescore. I assume it just picked the first one?
I found this thread https://musescore.org/en/node/338603 from 3 years ago where people say the feature is missing, and at the bottom say that it was added in 4.2. But I can't find where and when I Google it I just get more threads from 2-3 years ago about how it's missing :-(

Try clicking on the Mixer (top center). Then click as shown in the screenshot below:
If you have the MuseSounds guitars installed correctly (I do not!!!), you will see an additional option where I show only "MS Basic". You'll click that and the next menu will have your sound options.

I didn't see any of these options, I don't know if that's by default or if I hid them myself months ago and forgot about it, but thanks to your screenshot I figured out I had to select Mixer -> ... -> View -> Sound!

Muse Sounds should be one of the options.
