add/remove system breaks

what happened to "add/remove system breaks" in musescore 4.5.2. I tried using the system break function and it doesn't work the same as "add/remove system breaks" in versions musescore 2 & 3. where do I go to have the "add/remove system breaks" work the same way in version musescore 4.5.2?? unless I'm missing something. as an example, if I have a completed score and I have 5 measures in one of the systems to only have 3, how do I get that system to do this?? I can hit enter and it will do it, but. the next system will only have 2 measures in it. So the problem is, how do I carry over from the next system to also have 3 measures in it??
