Concert Pitch Calibration

It used to be possible in musescore to set the concert pitch calibration, but this was removed in musescore 4. Th work around, to change the tuning of selected notes, is not viable because it does not take effect until after the note has been entered, meaning that composing at 440 is the only option. Given that muse core can detune notes, it should be possible to create an option in the mixer to calibrate the concert A. The lack of this feature is one of the primary reasons why I am unable to move to musescore.
