APC key 25 uses two Midi ports.
We don't know what OS your are using. In Linux: seqdump -l
Port Client name Port name
0:0 System Timer
0:1 System Announce
14:0 Midi Through Midi Through Port-0
24:0 APC Key 25 mk2 APC Key 25 mk2 APC Key 25 mk2 K
24:1 APC Key 25 mk2 APC Key 25 mk2 APC Key 25 mk2 C
The piano keys work just fine on my system.
The pads do not work, since on another port. (i guess this works more or less the same on other OS's)
(in the unlikely event you're using Linux - after all, quantité négligable - see also https://musescore.org/en/node/350517 - the midi keyboard bug is fixed meanwhile)
