Cloud Recall Issue

Hi,

I'm running MuseScore across 30 computers in a high school.
When students save their scores to the cloud, they are usually not able to re-open them.
I have updated to the most recent version, but still have the same problem.

The notice is that the score is invalid and cannot be retrieved.

One student had some luck when his score opened randomly after restarting the software 4-5 times first.

Any thoughts or advice please?
