Instruments and Voices - to add/delete
The latest version of MuseScore does not allow me to add or delete voice(s)/instruments. You used to have it. Now I cannot change my mind. Why has this gone? I have searched everywhere but cannot find how to access this. Can anyone help, please?

Not sure what you mean. Are you perhaps missing the Instruments panel? This has been renamed to Layout and you find the add button and trash icons.
And the shortcut i still opens the add/remove instruments dialog as well.

Yes, I am missing the Instrument Panel.
I found (eventually) the LAYOUT you mentioned and I can see the voices/instruments I chose. THANK YOU!
But why, with the changes, do I have to ask when you make a change which is not obvious? I am happy you have told me about LAYOUT. Maybe I am not doing the right thing - but no matter, you have answered my question. I think I will be wary of updating in future though! As it is, it serves my needs. (I learn difficult music for singing with this app as it allows me to focus on a few bars, change the speed, and get awkward words in - mostly in foreign languages. I am not a musician so don't need all the fancy complicated stuff!)

I do agree the information shared about patch releases could be wider spread, current there is an announcement in the forum and other information can be found as well and there is a release video on the website. But as a user of the software you just get prompted there is an update, you install that and you don't get a quick/summary of changes.
Glad you found the panel and you can work again as before.
Hit the shortcut "I". There is where you can add or remove instruments. It's the same window that opened when you setup a new score.
