My file is corrupted and cannot be opened. How can I retrieve it?

That score file is badly damaged and probably not recoverable.

When I click on the backup it doesnt work im kinda confused. the one im attaching is the original

Select the file and then Rename. Remove the thing after the mscz and then left click and OK to the change.

This file is full of zeros. It cannot be recovered.
